ROOMS
We have blocked two (2) types of rooms for Conference participants and
those rooms are the following:
Deluxe Double.
Room with two double beds features: voice mail, data port, remote
control color cable-TV
with in-room pay-per-view movies, video account
review & checkout, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & ironing
board, in-room safe, and computerized card key locks. In Room High
Speed Internet Access available (fee based).
Club Level.
Similar to Deluxe Double Room, but located on the 23rd and 24th
floors. The VIP level provides a lounge and full-time concierge. The VIP
Club Lounge features: complimentary continental breakfast daily, happy hour
with hors d'oeuvres, honor bar, big-screen TV and stereo sound system.

These fees apply three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the main BMIC 2009 dates.
A 6.5% sales tax, a 6% resort tax and 1% Orange county Surcharge (not
subject to tax exemption) are applicable to room rates (subject to
change without notice).
Upon check-in, the hotel will reconfirm your departure date. Any adjustments to the departure date can be made then. After the departure date adjustments are made, shortened length of stay, thereafter, will result in a $50.00 administrative fee.
RESERVATIONS
To get the special rate you should make your reservation directly with the
Rosen Centre Hotel. The Conference Services Office does not handle
individual reservations.
We blocked a fixed number of rooms, so we would like you to make your
reservation as soon as possible in order to guarantee yourself a room and to
help us to decide whether to block more rooms if necessary.
